I first learned about Oaks of Acorn last year when we visited Playtime. Sparkle has attended Playtime with me, since we was one month old. I remembering running to the car to nurse her or one of the sweet ladies, letting me nurse her in their booth. Now that she is old enough, to voice her opinion, we frequently stop at whatever booth catches her eye. Not exactly sure how we stopped at Oaks of Acorn, but I am so happy we did. The collection is truly amazing! The fabric, the styles and the colors are all so dreamy.
Lately, I have a thing for sets. Blame Solange! Sometimes, people can’t even tell it’s a set, talk about fake it till you make it. All day, people kept walking up to us, complimenting her dress. I have never seen her twirl so much in a skirt before. The extra detail and overlay of tulle on this skirt was her favorite. Eery time the wind would blow, she would twirl hoping the skirt would catch a whiff of the wind so it could fly up in the air.Looking at her in amazement, I couldn’t help but think Oh the joys of being a little girl!
