Happy Birthday to meeeee….I TURNED 13!!!
I am officially a teenager…can I just say turning 13 is a hugeee deal. It’s the official start of my teenage years. This birthday was extra special because not only did I have one party, but I had two.
My first party was on my actual birthday after church at the Galleria mall. It was a very fun day, I got to go shopping with my friends with my dad’s credit card all day. I ordered the star wand to hold it, so I could feel like a princess all day. After walking around all day we went to go grab a quick bite to eat at one one of my favorite restaurants, Bazille. Have you ever been? Believe it or not , after an amazing day at the mall we went to the park to play pickleball and basketball, crazy right?
Looking back I couldn’t have imagined a better two birthday parties, especially because all I wanted to do was relax and get a big seafood boil. My mom said “for your 13th birthday, no way!!!
I loved how all my friends and family got together to celebrate me and make my parties special. I truly felt so loved and appreciated. Those parties taught me that life is so much better when celebrated with the people you love.
As I step into a new chapter of my life I am excited to see what this year has to offer for me. I’m looking forward to trying new things, rebuilding my business, meeting new people, exploring more and overall enjoying my first year of being a teenager. Tell me what did you do to celebrate your 13th birthday?
Then about a week after that we had my second birthday party. This one was absolutely crazy, we had so many people there.. We had a great time and had so much fun, hanging out playing games and eating snacks. I really didn’t expect to have as much fun as we did.
My favorite part of my second birthday party was the candy bar. I know you may have saw the video where I had to convince my almond mom to let me have one. She agreed and it ended up being one of everyone’s favorite part.
